Pura Vida

 

Pura Vida directly translated from Spanish means pure life, but in real life it is more like a state of mind. It is a term that represents that Costa Ricans take all of their oppurtunities to enjoy life. Pura vida can be used as a greeting, farewell, to say thanks, or as a feeling.
